Troubleshooting
Are orders not showing or are you only seeing a Reload button? Follow these steps to troubleshoot Bump KDS.
1. Is your internet working? Internet is required.
2. Are you doing prepaid or open orders? Square currently only supports prepaid orders and is working on adding support for open orders.
3. Are you sending items that are included in your Routing? In Bump Settings -> Routing, set it to "Route all items to this station" to make sure routing is not the issue.
4. Try using a different device (any phone, tablet, or desktop on Safari or Chrome). Go to https://bumpkds.com and log in.
5. If you installed Bump as an app icon, delete the Bump app icon from your device
6. Clear your browser cache.

7. Go to Chrome or Safari to bumpkds.com. Save Bump as an app following the steps in the video below. It'll be slightly different from Android. For more information on saving Bump as an app visit this page.
